Le Pas Opton is a fantastic place for a holiday. The mobile homes and tents all have their own plots sheltered by hedges. We all had a meal together in the restaurant - brilliant food and lots of fun.
The Causeway-style morning celebrations ahd wonderful variety with drama, teaching, worship, flags and streamers. Debbie has a real gift with flags and everyone on site was blessed as she worshipped in technicolour.
A trip up the river Vie (the river of Life!) was a real eye-opener. A beautiful tidal estuary, it was home to countless birds - avocets, egrets, herons and many more. The boatman's name was Jean-Luc.
The windmill visit was brought to life by an amazing miller - what a character! He kept us laughing as he explained the history and workings of teh 300 year old mill, peppered with local stories and jokes. And those pancakes...
