Prospects - Working with Adults with Learning Disabilities

A Giving Partnership

A giving partnership will transform lives

“… by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'
Acts 20:35

Currently Prospects faces many challenges.  They are to our Christian Ethos in an increasingly secular world and to the development and extension of our services to the people we support.  As the funding we receive from government is used solely for Supported Living, Residential, and Day Opportunities - not our spiritual outreach - our biggest challenge at Causeway Prospects is finding the resources to meet the requests we get to help Churches open up a ministry with people with learning disability which supports them as they encounter and build a loving relationship with our Lord Jesus.

For this work Prospects relies entirely on the generosity of its supporters, asking at a time when we know there are many demands upon your resources.  However, ‘large oaks from little acorns grow’ applies; a little really can make a difference to people's lives. For example:

With regular gift aided giving over a year we can do so much more:

Whatever you give, you can be confident that Prospects will maximise the impact of the money raised, targeting the resources where they are most needed and transforming lives in the process.  God bless.
