Regional Offices / Directors

For operational purposes we have established a number of Regional areas each with an identified Regional Director. They are responsible for all the existing Prospects support services and for overseeing new developments as they take shape. They work closely with our Business Development Managers, Marketing Manager and the Mission Development Team to ensure we develop and deliver effective support and communications.

Regional Directors are key leadership posts in Prospects and as well as managing and developing services they also work actively to develop positive relationships with other organisations.

T: 01844 238 373
M: 07971 525 558

Pam started working for Prospects in 1995 after several years with Social Services. She started at Helena House, then a home to 19 people - that was before Prospects began buying ordinary houses in the community so people could have more control over their lives, like where and with whom they live.

Pam's job is to ensure that Prospects keeps up with best practice. She co-ordinates the national forum for people Prospects supports, which helps shape the charity's policies and ensures people are consulted.

Pam has six grandchildren who keep her on her toes. She loves to cook and is an avid reader.
