Penni and Jenny from Hampshire took up our challenge of volunteering for a couple of weeks in Casa Silvia in Romania, home to five children with disabilities.  Penni is a pottery teacher.

Quite unexpectantly someone arrived at Casa Silvia with a Potter's wheel - which is unheard of in that part of Romania.  She had the pleasure and privilege of teaching Silvia and Lavinia from Casa Silvia how to throw pots.  Here they are in the photos.  A real miracle of how God provides in every situation.

If you would like to volunteer during the Summer of 2009 please download our application from the Volunteering section on the website and send to Rebecca Cahill at rebeccac@prospects.org.uk
