Supporting Positive Lifestyles
Prospects provides person-centred support to enable adults with learning disabilities to live independently in their own home and within their chosen lifestyle. Individuals are supported to sustain and progress their independence by the provision of high quality housing, enabling support and domiciliary services in line with the Supporting People Strategic Relevance, The Reach Standards, the Valuing People Strategy and the Care Quality Commission [England], CSSIW [Wales] and RQIA [Northern Ireland].
People are supported to live full lives and to develop an ‘active voice’ and meaningful role within the community. Working in partnership with individual’s flexible and supportive housing environments are developed that enable each person to achieve greater independence and fulfillment.
Working in Partnership
Prospects has a proven track record of over thirty years actively working in open and transparent partnerships with all relevant agencies, delivering high quality support that ensures positive life outcomes for individuals supported.
“Prospects provides high quality, specialist housing support in a flexible and responsive way. They are truly a person centred organisation.”
